When you buy an Xcut product you can rest assured that you are buying a quality product. We believe and trust in this to the extent that we are happy to replace any product that is faulty for the lifetime of its use. This cover includes any fault with the materials or workmanship of the assembled product. This does not extend to normal wear and tear or accidental damage or misuse.
Under this Xcut guarantee, any product found to be faulty (in accordance with the above description of 'fault') will be replaced with an identical or similar (replacement) item. No cash refunds will be given, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have a Xcut product that you think is faulty then please contact the store that you purchased the item from for a replacement. Please retain your packaging and receipt as proof of purchase.
